Frequently asked questions
How do I create a board? Sign in to the admin portal, navigate to Boards, and tap Create Board. You'll receive a signed board ID for device binding.
How do I get a push token? In the admin portal, go to Tokens and tap Issue Token. The token is used as the X-Api-Key header in API calls.
How do I send content to a display? Make a POST request to /api/v1/updates with your push token, board ID, and content segments. See the API documentation for the full reference.
How do I target a specific panel? Include the panelId field (1–4) in your API request to update a single panel without replacing the rest of the board.
How do I cancel my subscription? Manage your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account? Use the account deletion option in the app settings, or email [email protected]. Account deletion is permanent.
