Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Push To Display platform, including the API, admin portal, mobile display applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Goban Source, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. You authenticate through a supported third-party identity provider (Apple, Microsoft, or Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your identity provider account and for all activity that occurs under your Push To Display account.

Service description

Push To Display enables you to create display boards, bind devices to boards, issue push tokens, and send structured content payloads via HTTP API. The Service delivers those payloads to registered display devices in real time. Service availability and features may vary by subscription plan.

Subscriptions and billing

The Service offers Go, Pro, and Business subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play (collectively, "App Store"). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Pricing is displayed in-app at the time of purchase. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled according to the applicable App Store refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or objectionable content; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; (c) interfere with service integrity or performance; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (e) resell or redistribute API access without authorization; or (f) use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.

Credentials and security

You are responsible for safeguarding push tokens, signed board IDs, and any other credentials issued through the Service. Rotate credentials when team membership changes or when you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or revoke credentials associated with abusive traffic or suspicious activity to protect the platform.

Content and data

You retain ownership of all content you send through the Service. You grant us a limited license to transmit, store temporarily, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content of payloads delivered to display boards. We do not monitor payload content but may remove content or suspend access if we receive reports of violations.

Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting [email protected]. Upon deletion, we will remove your account data, board configurations, and push tokens. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your App Store account before requesting account deletion.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goban Source, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Wyoming.
